I stood at the door of my dorm watching the street in nervous excitement. Drew, the guy I had had a crush on for almost a year, was taking me out on a date! He picked me up in his little red Porsche. We went to a movie and then drove around the countryside and talked. Drew was smart and intriguing. I really enjoyed getting to know him better.
After about three hours, though, I really had to use the bathroom. I was too embarrassed to say anything. After all, it was now past midnight, and we were out in the countryside. I certainly couldn’t stop at a farmhouse and ask to use their bathroom! So I pretended everything was fine and tried not to squirm.
