1、Mechanical Engineer (ELTP)

Essential Responsibilities
Learn mechanical design for home appliance/health care/automotive/industrial products;
Learn AutoCAD, ProE, Solidworks etc. tools to satisfy project requirements;
Work with project team members to build/maintain the BOM, build and/or test prototype, sustain PDM or equivalent document management system;
Learn and support new product introduction/development process;
Coordinate supplier/vendor for PO, delivery and quality feedback.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor or master’s Degree in engineering, mechanical or electromechanical science from an accredited university or college;
Proven mechanical design/prototype competence with 2D/3D awareness;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
Proven team spirit and practitioner.
Desired Characteristics

Capability to build prototype.
2、Electronic Engineer (ELTP)
Work Location: Shanghai
Headcount: 2
Essential Responsibilities
Learn electronic design for home appliance/health care/automotive/industrial products;
Learn Orcad, PADs, Cadence etc. tools to satisfy project requirements;
Work with project team members to build/maintain manufacturing documents in document management system;
Work with testing engineer/3rd party lab to do routine test, ALT or HALT test;
Learn and support new product introduction/development process;
Coordinate supplier/vendor for PO, delivery and quality feedback.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor or master’s Degree in electronics, power electronics , circuit & system or electrical & electronics from an accredited university or college;
Proven electronics design/prototype competence with schematic and layout awareness;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
Proven team spirit and practitioner.

3、Electronic Engineer, PhD (ELTP)
Work Location: Shanghai
Headcount: 1
Essential Responsibilities
The mechanical engineer will:
Electronic design for health care/automotive/industrial products;
Use Orcad, PADs, Cadence etc. tools to satisfy project requirements;
Work with design engineer to simulate/analyze the circuit, debug the design and find the root cause;
Work with testing engineer/3rd party lab to do routine test, ALT or HALT test;
Learn and support new product introduction/development process;
Qualifications/Requirements
PhD in electronics, power electronics , circuit & system or electrical & electronics from an accredited university;
Proven electronics design/prototype competence with schematic and layout awareness;
Proven circuit analysis achievements in projects;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
Proven team spirit and practitioner.

4、Recruiter
Location: Pudong New District, Shanghai
Headcount: 1
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for requirements identification.
Responsible for Job posting release, screen applications and select candidates.
In charge of salary negotiation and offer release process to ensure recruiting target is completed successfully.
Support Recruiting Manager for recruiting channel development.
Support global project for market information collection and project bidding.
Other tasks when necessary.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
2013 graduate, Bachelor degree, mechanical/IT/Engineering educational background is preferred.
Good English capability in both writing and speaking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work under pressure.
