Job Responsibilities
1. Help ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing first level non-technical support to customers.
2. Respond to customer inquiries.
3. Process orders for customer and enter order into SAP system in time.
4. Good communication with customer, factories , service team and sales team.
5. Good ability to follow up the order implementation.
Qualifications：
1. College degree above.
2. Logical thinking and organized.
3. Basic knowledge with international trade.
4. Well English communication skills both in written and oral.
5. Good computer skills.
實(shí)習(xí)地點(diǎn)：北京市東城區(qū)安定門東大街28號(hào)雍和大廈西樓F座
實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間：每周至少3天，全勤。實(shí)習(xí)期至少6個(gè)月，能長(zhǎng)期實(shí)習(xí)更好。
待遇：本科生：100元/天;研究生：120元/天。每天15元飯補(bǔ)。
