A Ukrainian zoo owner, Alexander Pylyshenko, is pledging to live among lions for 1 year in his private zoo, foreign media reported. If he succeeds, he will surpass his current record created in 2001, when he lived in the same confines as two lions for 35 days, sharing sleeping quarters and meals of raw meat with them. By doing this he wants to raise funds for the construction of a rehabilitation center for lions and other big cats, with his fundraising goal set at $45,000.
據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，烏克蘭一家私人動(dòng)物園經(jīng)營者亞歷山大承諾要與獅子"同居"一年。若這次挑戰(zhàn)成功，他將打破自己在2011年創(chuàng)下的與2只獅子同住35天，睡在一起并同食生肉大餐的紀(jì)錄。亞歷山大稱，他此舉的目的是希望能籌集4.5萬美元的資金，成立一家獅子和其它大型貓科動(dòng)物的保育中心。
