Responsibilities:
Responsible for the HR recruitment function such as arrangement of interview, coordination of interview
Conduct telephone interview to applicants and be Responsible for the resume proposal
Responsible for the HR database maintain
Manage on-boarding of new employees
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Perform any ad-hoc admin /HR tasks given by the HR Manager
* Projects may be specifically customised for the intern depending on his/her identified strength/interests.
Requirements:
Sportive and dynamic
Good at communication, both in Chinese and in English, French will be a plus
Sensitive human sense and catch the points
Be available to work at least 3 days per week
This position is opened for student who is in grade 2-3 for bachelor or grade 1 - 2 for master
