兒童是祖國的未來和希望。在“六一”國際兒童節(jié)之際，我們?cè)谶@里召開教師代表座談會(huì)，主要有兩個(gè)目的：一是看望慰問大家，對(duì)廣大教師為酉陽教育事業(yè)作出辛勤勞動(dòng)和默默奉獻(xiàn)表示感謝；二是與大家共商酉陽教育發(fā)展之計(jì)，共謀酉陽教育振興之策。酉陽發(fā)展的希望在教育，教育的好壞關(guān)鍵在教師，各位教師責(zé)任重大，廣大教師一定要把思想和行動(dòng)統(tǒng)一到縣委的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上來，把精力投入到教育工作中去。下面，我講五個(gè)方面的意見。

去年以來，全縣人民滿懷激情奮斗，帶著希望上路，大力發(fā)揚(yáng)偉大的長征精神，敢想敢干、說干就干、干就干成，大力推行“5+2”、“白加黑”工作機(jī)制，主攻大投入，集中大會(huì)戰(zhàn)，強(qiáng)勢(shì)大推進(jìn)，在困難中逆勢(shì)前行，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好。園區(qū)建設(shè)快速推進(jìn)， “一區(qū)四園”的工業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃正式獲得市政府批準(zhǔn)，酉陽大發(fā)展的平臺(tái)已經(jīng)搭建，我縣的園區(qū)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)走在渝東南其它區(qū)縣前面，成為我縣渝東南、崛起武陵山的資本。目前，園區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施全面推進(jìn)，成為渝東南面積大，產(chǎn)出高的園區(qū)；標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房竣工4萬平方米，今年內(nèi)將新建6萬平方米。各地客商蜂擁而至，紛紛搶灘酉陽，去年簽約319個(gè)項(xiàng)目，協(xié)議引資92.3億元，今年1—5月又新引進(jìn)274個(gè)項(xiàng)目，總投資86.06億元，江蘇富騰實(shí)業(yè)、成都光和能源、重慶南方集團(tuán)、民生集團(tuán)、烏江實(shí)業(yè)、銘久金屬等一大批投資上億元的大企業(yè)落戶我縣，酉陽經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展正呈現(xiàn)出蒸蒸日上的局面。城市建設(shè)全面提速，近期17.8平方公里、20萬人口，中期30平方公里、30萬人口，遠(yuǎn)期50平方公里、50萬人口的城市發(fā)展總體規(guī)劃成為全市第一批獲批的城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃， 5公里長的城東大道全面暢通，與縣城桃花源大道形成了公路環(huán)線，結(jié)束了酉陽縣城只有一條大路的歷史。亞伸廣場(chǎng)、河濱公園、怡豪大酒店、綜合文體中心、“三房”建設(shè)等標(biāo)志性建筑工程快速推進(jìn)。大拐到泉孔的迎賓大道將于6月5日正式開工，桃花源中華土家第一街、翠屏山土家八千山地公園也開工即將，8月底將啟動(dòng)鐘渤快速通道建設(shè)，正式啟動(dòng)龍?zhí)督M團(tuán)城市建設(shè)，形成一體兩翼的城市發(fā)展格局，實(shí)現(xiàn)具有民族特色的山水園林城市指日可待。教育事業(yè)也同步推進(jìn)，職教中心、鐘多中學(xué)搬遷工程將在9月竣工投用，引進(jìn)外國語學(xué)校及建設(shè)酉陽學(xué)院等項(xiàng)目正加緊推進(jìn)，酉一中市級(jí)模范中學(xué)建設(shè)、酉二中擴(kuò)高工程、中小學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)正式啟動(dòng)，酉陽的教育教學(xué)環(huán)境正在加緊改善。當(dāng)前，酉陽的發(fā)展面臨著難得的機(jī)遇，占盡了加快發(fā)展的“天時(shí)、地利、人和”。 從天時(shí)來看，當(dāng)前是酉陽享有的優(yōu)惠政策特別集中的時(shí)期，集西部大開發(fā)、民族貧困地區(qū)、革命老區(qū)、國發(fā)3號(hào)文件等政策為一體，是多項(xiàng)政策的“合訂本”，尤其是國發(fā)3號(hào)文件，為加快渝東南地區(qū)發(fā)展出臺(tái)了許多“真金白銀”的硬政策，使酉陽的發(fā)展已上升為國家戰(zhàn)略；重慶市委、市政府把城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展作為當(dāng)前和今后的重大戰(zhàn)略，推出一攬子“兩翼”振興計(jì)劃，以市委全委會(huì)形式連續(xù)出臺(tái)了“十六條”促進(jìn)“兩翼”發(fā)展的政策措施，使酉陽迎來了大建設(shè)、大發(fā)展良好時(shí)機(jī)。從地利來看，酉陽處于承東啟西的戰(zhàn)略要塞，隨著渝懷鐵路高速運(yùn)行，渝懷鐵路二線建設(shè)取道酉陽縣城，連接我縣小壩、板溪兩個(gè)園區(qū)，酉陽已成為西南出海大通道的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，到長三角的上海只需23小時(shí)，到珠三角的廣州只需17小時(shí)，比重慶主城區(qū)更快捷。鐵路建設(shè)大提速后，將實(shí)現(xiàn)6小時(shí)廣州、8小時(shí)上海；渝湘高速公路建成通車，酉陽融入3小時(shí)重慶、4小時(shí)長沙都市經(jīng)濟(jì)圈，成為中西部?jī)纱笾鞒堑慕紖^(qū)，投資創(chuàng)業(yè)的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)十分明顯。同時(shí)，上天賜予酉陽豐富的土地、礦產(chǎn)、水能資源和良好的自然環(huán)境，可以說酉陽是一片等待開發(fā)的處女地，是一位待嫁的靚女。 從人和上看，酉陽的發(fā)展?fàn)縿?dòng)著市委、市政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的心，去年4月，市委薄書記來酉視察調(diào)研時(shí)深刻指出酉陽發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?，交辦給我縣林業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)、工業(yè)和城市建設(shè)“四件大事”，為酉陽吹響了釋放潛力、加快發(fā)展的號(hào)角。去年來，鴻舉市長、奇帆市長、正其市長等數(shù)十位市委市政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)密集深入我縣視察調(diào)研，作出了把酉陽建設(shè)成為渝東南地區(qū)脫貧致富的樣板、武陵山經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)作區(qū)跨越發(fā)展典范的新定位，把酉陽的事作為特事進(jìn)行特辦，在城鄉(xiāng)總體規(guī)劃、城市主體功能定位等方面給予了極大的支持。市級(jí)各部門對(duì)酉陽的發(fā)展高看一眼，對(duì)酉陽給予大支持和幫助，可以說當(dāng)前是酉陽發(fā)展外部支持大、環(huán)境好的時(shí)期。酉陽發(fā)展風(fēng)正勁足、正當(dāng)其時(shí)，只要我們堅(jiān)定發(fā)展信心，抓住占盡天時(shí)、地利、人和的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，滿懷激情奮斗，帶著希望上路，就一定能夠后來居上，實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越。

兒童是祖國的未來和希望。在“六一”國際兒童節(jié)之際，我們?cè)谶@里召開教師代表座談會(huì)，主要有兩個(gè)目的：一是看望慰問大家，對(duì)廣大教師為酉陽教育事業(yè)作出辛勤勞動(dòng)和默默奉獻(xiàn)表示感謝；二是與大家共商酉陽教育發(fā)展之計(jì)，共謀酉陽教育振興之策。酉陽發(fā)展的希望在教育，教育的好壞關(guān)鍵在教師，各位教師責(zé)任重大，廣大教師一定要把思想和行動(dòng)統(tǒng)一到縣委的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上來，把精力投入到教育工作中去。下面，我講五個(gè)方面的意見。

去年以來，全縣人民滿懷激情奮斗，帶著希望上路，大力發(fā)揚(yáng)偉大的長征精神，敢想敢干、說干就干、干就干成，大力推行“5+2”、“白加黑”工作機(jī)制，主攻大投入，集中大會(huì)戰(zhàn)，強(qiáng)勢(shì)大推進(jìn)，在困難中逆勢(shì)前行，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好。園區(qū)建設(shè)快速推進(jìn)， “一區(qū)四園”的工業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃正式獲得市政府批準(zhǔn)，酉陽大發(fā)展的平臺(tái)已經(jīng)搭建，我縣的園區(qū)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)走在渝東南其它區(qū)縣前面，成為我縣渝東南、崛起武陵山的資本。目前，園區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施全面推進(jìn)，成為渝東南面積大，產(chǎn)出高的園區(qū)；標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房竣工4萬平方米，今年內(nèi)將新建6萬平方米。各地客商蜂擁而至，紛紛搶灘酉陽，去年簽約319個(gè)項(xiàng)目，協(xié)議引資92.3億元，今年1—5月又新引進(jìn)274個(gè)項(xiàng)目，總投資86.06億元，江蘇富騰實(shí)業(yè)、成都光和能源、重慶南方集團(tuán)、民生集團(tuán)、烏江實(shí)業(yè)、銘久金屬等一大批投資上億元的大企業(yè)落戶我縣，酉陽經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展正呈現(xiàn)出蒸蒸日上的局面。城市建設(shè)全面提速，近期17.8平方公里、20萬人口，中期30平方公里、30萬人口，遠(yuǎn)期50平方公里、50萬人口的城市發(fā)展總體規(guī)劃成為全市第一批獲批的城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃， 5公里長的城東大道全面暢通，與縣城桃花源大道形成了公路環(huán)線，結(jié)束了酉陽縣城只有一條大路的歷史。亞伸廣場(chǎng)、河濱公園、怡豪大酒店、綜合文體中心、“三房”建設(shè)等標(biāo)志性建筑工程快速推進(jìn)。大拐到泉孔的迎賓大道將于6月5日正式開工，桃花源中華土家第一街、翠屏山土家八千山地公園也開工即將，8月底將啟動(dòng)鐘渤快速通道建設(shè)，正式啟動(dòng)龍?zhí)督M團(tuán)城市建設(shè)，形成一體兩翼的城市發(fā)展格局，實(shí)現(xiàn)具有民族特色的山水園林城市指日可待。教育事業(yè)也同步推進(jìn)，職教中心、鐘多中學(xué)搬遷工程將在9月竣工投用，引進(jìn)外國語學(xué)校及建設(shè)酉陽學(xué)院等項(xiàng)目正加緊推進(jìn)，酉一中市級(jí)模范中學(xué)建設(shè)、酉二中擴(kuò)高工程、中小學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)正式啟動(dòng)，酉陽的教育教學(xué)環(huán)境正在加緊改善。當(dāng)前，酉陽的發(fā)展面臨著難得的機(jī)遇，占盡了加快發(fā)展的“天時(shí)、地利、人和”。 從天時(shí)來看，當(dāng)前是酉陽享有的優(yōu)惠政策特別集中的時(shí)期，集西部大開發(fā)、民族貧困地區(qū)、革命老區(qū)、國發(fā)3號(hào)文件等政策為一體，是多項(xiàng)政策的“合訂本”，尤其是國發(fā)3號(hào)文件，為加快渝東南地區(qū)發(fā)展出臺(tái)了許多“真金白銀”的硬政策，使酉陽的發(fā)展已上升為國家戰(zhàn)略；重慶市委、市政府把城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展作為當(dāng)前和今后的重大戰(zhàn)略，推出一攬子“兩翼”振興計(jì)劃，以市委全委會(huì)形式連續(xù)出臺(tái)了“十六條”促進(jìn)“兩翼”發(fā)展的政策措施，使酉陽迎來了大建設(shè)、大發(fā)展良好時(shí)機(jī)。從地利來看，酉陽處于承東啟西的戰(zhàn)略要塞，隨著渝懷鐵路高速運(yùn)行，渝懷鐵路二線建設(shè)取道酉陽縣城，連接我縣小壩、板溪兩個(gè)園區(qū)，酉陽已成為西南出海大通道的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，到長三角的上海只需23小時(shí)，到珠三角的廣州只需17小時(shí)，比重慶主城區(qū)更快捷。鐵路建設(shè)大提速后，將實(shí)現(xiàn)6小時(shí)廣州、8小時(shí)上海；渝湘高速公路建成通車，酉陽融入3小時(shí)重慶、4小時(shí)長沙都市經(jīng)濟(jì)圈，成為中西部?jī)纱笾鞒堑慕紖^(qū)，投資創(chuàng)業(yè)的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)十分明顯。同時(shí)，上天賜予酉陽豐富的土地、礦產(chǎn)、水能資源和良好的自然環(huán)境，可以說酉陽是一片等待開發(fā)的處女地，是一位待嫁的靚女。 從人和上看，酉陽的發(fā)展?fàn)縿?dòng)著市委、市政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的心，去年4月，市委薄書記來酉視察調(diào)研時(shí)深刻指出酉陽發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?，交辦給我縣林業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)、工業(yè)和城市建設(shè)“四件大事”，為酉陽吹響了釋放潛力、加快發(fā)展的號(hào)角。去年來，鴻舉市長、奇帆市長、正其市長等數(shù)十位市委市政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)密集深入我縣視察調(diào)研，作出了把酉陽建設(shè)成為渝東南地區(qū)脫貧致富的樣板、武陵山經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)作區(qū)跨越發(fā)展典范的新定位，把酉陽的事作為特事進(jìn)行特辦，在城鄉(xiāng)總體規(guī)劃、城市主體功能定位等方面給予了極大的支持。市級(jí)各部門對(duì)酉陽的發(fā)展高看一眼，對(duì)酉陽給予大支持和幫助，可以說當(dāng)前是酉陽發(fā)展外部支持大、環(huán)境好的時(shí)期。酉陽發(fā)展風(fēng)正勁足、正當(dāng)其時(shí)，只要我們堅(jiān)定發(fā)展信心，抓住占盡天時(shí)、地利、人和的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，滿懷激情奮斗，帶著希望上路，就一定能夠后來居上，實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越。
