Department: Lubricants & Specialties 潤滑油部
LOCATION: Taicang or Tianjin
Job Responsibilities:
After initial on boarding program, successful candidates will usually be assigned to a manufacturing or supply chain role, such as Production Supervisor, Maintenance & Repair Engineer, production planner, raw materials planner or Operations Analyst, in the Lubes Oil Blending Plant. Typical activities for a Production Supervisor include:
o Manage the production team, mainly technicians and workers from third party service providers
o Assist production manager in managing daily operations efficiently flawlessly
o Implement and maintain various management systems at the shop floor level
o Lead the team to comply with company policies and guidelines, and meet all requirements in safety, controls, and quality
o Take initiatives to pursue continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
o Bachelor or Master degree holders in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
o Fluent in both written and oral English
o Able to work independently and as a team player
o Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed
o Desire to develop a manufacturing or supply chain career
