    他介紹說,寶興縣城及周邊地區(qū)地震災害遙感監(jiān)測與災情評估結(jié)果主要包括4個方面:
    一是寶興縣道路損毀嚴重,對寶興縣附近大坪村至順江村約7公里道路的損毀情況進行分析,道路共損毀14處,損毀長度約500米。
    二是寶興縣城建筑物損毀嚴重,損毀率逾60%。損毀建筑主要表現(xiàn)為局部受損和屋頂塌陷,多為老舊民房和簡易工棚;學校、政府部門建筑未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯倒塌現(xiàn)象;部分損毀房屋已有人員開展現(xiàn)場救助,但仍有部分損毀區(qū)域等待救援;靠近山體的部分房屋受崩塌和滾石威脅。
    三是寶興縣城及周邊地區(qū)地震滑坡多發(fā),部分滑坡存在較大的次生地震災害風險。今后幾天震區(qū)可能會有降雨,特別要警惕居民點周邊可能引發(fā)的滑坡、泥石流等潛在次生地質(zhì)災害。寶興縣城周邊發(fā)現(xiàn)滑坡體38處,其中很多滑坡體掩蓋道路,嚴重影響交通及救災工作開展。
    四是寶興縣城周邊農(nóng)田、林地損毀較輕,其中農(nóng)田損毀率不足2.5%,林地損壞率不足2%。農(nóng)田和林地損毀主要由山體滑坡、塌方等次生災害引起。
    在遙感數(shù)據(jù)共享方面,中科院遙感地球所已推出兩批災區(qū)震前衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)共享。截至21日15時,該所與地震、民政、交通、國土資源和四川省等中央部委及地方政府,實時共享衛(wèi)星、飛機高空遙感數(shù)據(jù)462G;包括美國、澳大利亞、日本、烏克蘭、香港等在內(nèi),海內(nèi)外關(guān)注雅安地震用戶共有7638人次,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)下載地震災區(qū)共享遙感數(shù)據(jù)176G。
    郭華東稱,中科院遙感地球所科研人員基于數(shù)字地球科學平臺,利用高分辨率航空遙感影像,并疊加地名、道路、水系等基礎(chǔ)地理信息數(shù)據(jù),21日已制作發(fā)布蘆山縣地震災區(qū)災情三維監(jiān)測與評估系統(tǒng),為抗震救災提供一系列實時災情評估報告。
    “遙感是突發(fā)災害監(jiān)測評估的手段之一?!彼硎荆锌圃哼b感地球所的后續(xù)工作中,包括將為災后救援、災情評估提供實時和準實時遙感監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),對震區(qū)潛在次生災害進一步開展系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測,為災后重建選址提供科學數(shù)據(jù)等。
    中新社記者當天還從中科院獲悉,該院全面啟動雅安地震抗震救災工作后,眾多研究所積極參與:心理研究所啟動心理援助應急行動,派出正駐扎在北川心理援助站的心理援助工作者和心理所兩名專家趕赴災區(qū)開展心理急救工作;沈陽自動化研究所廢墟可變形搜救機器人、機器人化生命探測儀、旋翼無人機3款機器人急赴災區(qū)開展救援工作;大連化學物理研究所向雅安地震災區(qū)提供500余臺大容量、高比能量電源,為災后救援提供長時間照明、通訊等保障。
