一、從4月23日起，從雅安市蘆山縣至寶興縣(S210線)實(shí)行單循環(huán)通行，即從雅安市蘆山縣經(jīng)寶興、小金(達(dá)維)、馬爾康、汶川、成都、或雅安市蘆山縣到寶興縣，經(jīng)小金、丹巴、八美、新都橋、康定、瀘定、石棉、從石棉上雅西、雅高速到成都。同時(shí)，雅安市蘆山縣至龍門、太平、大川方向的車輛實(shí)行上午進(jìn)下午出，進(jìn)入從當(dāng)日上午7至11時(shí)止。
二、通行車輛主要是運(yùn)送傷員、救災(zāi)物資(帳篷、醫(yī)療設(shè)備、藥品、食品、飲水、燃油等)、工程搶險(xiǎn)及保障車輛、參與搶險(xiǎn)救援人員后勤保障車輛，實(shí)行通行證制度。運(yùn)送救災(zāi)物資的車輛由雅安市民政局發(fā)放通行證，其他車輛有雅安市公安局發(fā)放通行證。
三、過往車輛實(shí)行限量、分時(shí)通行，原則上白天在確保安全的前提下，保持必要的安全間隔有序通過。
四、除上述車輛外的各種車輛，未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，一律禁止通過此路段；外地捐贈(zèng)的物資交由雅安市民政部門統(tǒng)一收儲(chǔ)地點(diǎn)，由民政部門按需求發(fā)往災(zāi)區(qū)。
