要求:
計算機/信息相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士/本科學歷
英語六級，優(yōu)秀的英文讀寫能力
工作認真負責，具有出色的溝通能力及團隊合作精神
出色的邏輯思考能力
具有用例模型及原型開發(fā)的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
具有學習新業(yè)務知識及面對挑戰(zhàn)的熱情
Accountability:
Collect and analyze product requirement (business and process) specifications for both new modules and functions as well as enhancements for application.
Evaluate business processes from a business, industry, and technical perspective. Elicit business requirements, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions. Ensure requirements comply with user and business specifications.
Work with project team members (Project Lead, Developers, QA etc.) to help them understand requirements (functional and non-functional).
Work with UI designer and application front end developers for user interface prototyping and UI standard specification. Communicate with user for confirmation of the application UI.
Business and system modeling. Prepare Detailed Use Cases, Supplementary Requirements Specifications, and / or Impact Analysis as needed by the development team. Ensure analysis is based on pre-defined phases of deliverables, including business logic flow, validation, error messages, plus any assumptions, constraints, and dependencies and should be consistent with the rest of the application.
Draft online documentation including training materials, online help, and FAQs. Review different documentation for functional accuracy including product news, release notes, tutorials, user guides, and instructions.
Monitor personal project timeline and identify deadlines that cannot be met or are at risk of being missed. Support application releases. Responsible for follow up of the implementation of the product per on-site support, collaboration with implementation team as well as users.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science related.
More than 3 years Experience in IT system development, support or QA; be familiar with product development process. Shipping or logistic industry experience is preferred.
Effective communication and presentation skill, logical analysis ability.
