1. 9 x medjool dates
2. 1 x cup almonds
3. x cup shaved coconut (optional)
4. 1 x cup [insert other nut here]
Instructions
1. Remove the pits from the medjool dates
2. Place dates, almonds, and all other nuts into a food processor
3. Grind until sticky (should not take more than 1-2 minutes)
4. Remove, shape them with your hand inside plastic wrap
5. Place in the freezer for at least one hour
