There is a saying “eyes are the windows of our heart”. It tells us how important our eyes are. Without eyes, one can not see the beautiful world nor people we love. Therefore, it’s really important for us to protect our eyes.
First, do not read books or magazines for long because it may make us feel tired. Secondly, don’t read in dark or bright light as it’s bad for our sight. The last but not the least, keeping the habit of doing eyes exercise everyday.
To sum up, we should love our eyes and try to protect them from deseases. With healthy eyes, we will have a better world!
