1925年8月，54個(gè)國(guó)家的代表在瑞士日內(nèi)瓦舉行“兒童幸福國(guó)際大會(huì)”，通過(guò)了《日內(nèi)瓦保障兒童宣言》?！缎浴穼?duì)兒童的精神享受、貧苦兒童的救濟(jì)、兒童謀生機(jī)會(huì)的獲得等問(wèn)題發(fā)出熱切的呼吁。大會(huì)以后，各國(guó)政府紛紛制定本國(guó)的“兒童節(jié)”，借以鼓舞兒童，使他們感到自己偉大，幸福和快樂(lè)，也使社會(huì)人士重視和愛(ài)護(hù)兒童。
In 1925 August, representatives of 54 countries "International Conference on" the well-being of children in Geneva, through the "Geneva declaration" protection of children.
