concerned，concerning
這兩個詞的詞義并不相同，用法亦有異。
Concerned是分詞形容詞，其意為“有關的”(involved);concerning是由分詞轉(zhuǎn)換而成的介詞，其意為“關于”(relating to)。請看下面的例句：
This agreement will be signed by the parties concemed.
此協(xié)議將由各有關方面簽署。
They called on all departments concemed to take prompt steps to promote the development of light industry.
他們要求各有關部門迅速采取措施，促進輕工業(yè)發(fā)展。
由例句可見，concerned用作形容詞解作“有關的”時，是后置定語，大都放在它所修飾的名詞之后。但在verb“to be”之后而同樣解作“關于”時，則要用be concerned with的形式，如：
This book is concerned with English usage.
此書是與英語慣用法有關。
值得注意的是，concerned(亦可表示動詞之意)也可解作“關心”、“擔心”解，與之搭配的介詞為at、about或，用作此意時，concerned也是形容詞。例：
He was deeply concerned at the news.
聽到這個消息時，他深為擔憂。
We are all concerned about the pollution of the environment here.
對這里的環(huán)境愛到污染，我們都感到不安。
Parents are naturally conerned for their children's safety.
父母自然關心他們兒女的安全。
下面是concerning的例句：
This is a proposal concerning the construction of the new airport.
這是關于興建新機場的一項建議。
Yesterday we wrote him a letter concerning the business arrangement.
昨天我們就業(yè)務安排問題寫了一封信給他。
在個別場合下，concerned with可以和concerning互換使用，原因是從句which are concerned with中的which are 省略了。例如：
We had several disputes concerning/(which are)concerned with this matter.
關于此事，我們曾爭論過數(shù)次。
請注意，下列語句的區(qū)別：
They were concerned(worried)about the matter.
他們?yōu)榇耸露鴵鷳n。
They were concerned(implicated)in the matter.
他們參與此事。
They were concemed (connected)with the matter.
他們與此事有關。
此外，作為特定詞組，as far as I am concerned解作in my opinion;as far as sth is concerned解作concerning sth/ talking about sth.例：
As far as I'm concerned，this plan is impractical.
依我來看，這個計劃不切實際。
As far as funding is concerned，some banks have agreed to provide loans.
關于資金方面，一些銀行同意提供貸款。
