    Office Manager Assistant職位描述:
     You will have the overall responsibility for the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
    Key duties will include:
    New employee on-boarding administration
    Execute employee termination administration
    Establish office standards, operations and procedures.
    Maintain office equipments and stationery.
    Establish and maintain office filing systems.
    Other related assignments.
    Qualification Requirements:
    Excellent knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    Excellent organization skill.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
    High integrity, professional and able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
    Team player
    Self motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
    Smart and open-minded.
