    CHEERS Wines is an imported wine wholesaler established in Beijing and selling wine through own stores and deliveries. CHEERS Wines, being categorized as “fun and innovative”, is looking for an open minded and charming Customer Service person who would like to provide the best service for our customers.
    齊飲進口葡萄酒公司在北京擁有自營的零售店,在店內(nèi)銷售進口葡萄酒,并且提供送貨服務(wù)。齊飲代表“樂趣和創(chuàng)新”因此我們需要思維開拓的客服接線員,樂于為我們的客人帶去的服務(wù)。
    Requirements
    1 Very good audio pronunciation in Chinese and English

    Main Responsibilities
    主要職責(zé)
    1 Answering customer service phone calls
    接聽客服電話
    2 Taking orders from customers and transfer the delivery requests to delivery team
    接客人訂單并把相關(guān)信息告知送貨團隊
    3 Keep record of the deliveries
    記錄送貨
    4 Answering info@cheers-wines.com emails
    回復(fù)CHEERS官方郵件
    5 Answering phone calls from stores managers
    回答店長的相關(guān)問題
    6 Forward all the event and job requests to related departments
    把活動合作請求和找工作的相關(guān)信息轉(zhuǎn)達給相關(guān)部門
    7 Every week send an email with a brief report to the customer service manager
    每星期總結(jié)一份客服報告發(fā)給客服經(jīng)理
