Business Trainee
All trainees will participate in 2-year Medtronic Eyas Program (美 敦力雛鷹計(jì)劃). Under the program, trainees will get plenty of opportunities in training, coaching, job rotation and career development.
•Business Trainee will work in business units.
•There are 5 types of roles for business trainee: Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Sales Operation, Education (患者關(guān)愛(ài)中心)
•Sales & marketing trainees will help on Medtronic products selling and market promotion.
•Clinical trainees (Beijing) will provide technical supports during surgeries.
•Sales Operation Trainee (Shanghai) will provide sales forecasting and data analysis to business units.
•Education Trainee (Beijing) will help on patient information management platform maintenance & patient education programs implement under Patient Care Center.

•Work independently and adapt frequent business travel if needed
•Good communication and interpersonal skills, passionate and willing to take challenges
•A good team worker with good learning agility
•Fluency in written and oral English
Supply Chain Trainee
All trainees will participate in 2-year Medtronic Eyas Program (美 敦力雛鷹計(jì)劃). Under the program, trainees will get plenty of opportunities in training, coaching, job rotation and career development.
•Supply Chain Trainee will work in Supply Chain Function.
•There are 2 types of roles for supply chain trainee: Customer Service, Planner.
•Customer Service Trainee will support to sale order management ,provide the professional logistics solution as supply chain contact window
•Planner Trainee will support to manage demand, supply and inventory, ensure high product availability with proper inventory level.
