    Job Summary:
    The Assistant in the Recruiting Support Team is responsible for executing administration tasks around the ongoing operations of resume uploading processes relevant to business needs. This includes resume upload process, posting process and ATAS record updates as well as ad-hoc requests.
    Key Responsibilities:
    The assistant completes varied tasks in this area of responsibility and operates within set guidelines under the direction of the Resume Management Analyst (and eventually the Recruiting Support Team Lead). The focus will be on the resume uploading process, the role is responsible for putting all the relevant resumes passed from sourcing team under the requisition as well as uploading all the resumes collected from various channels into the talents pool in ATAS. Meanwhile, exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.
    Transactions
    l Complete all administrative and transactional tasks related to the implementation of the service lines noted above
    l Perform information maintenance and update for all service lines in an accurate and timely manner
    Systems / Standards
    l Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems (ATAS, Jobboards, Siebels etc)and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards
    Customer Services
    l Ensure to provide high quality services in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service level.
    l Ensure that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated as appropriate to the supervisor
    Teamwork
    l Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to other team members in busy periods
    l Regularly review and action incoming email enquiries as directed by the supervisor
    Relationships:
    Reports to: Japan Recruiting Support Team Lead
    Supervises: N/A
    External Relationships: HR Service Providers – as appropriate
    Qualifications:
    Education: Year 12 essential. Tertiary qualifications would be considered an advantage.
    Work Experience: 1 year plus relevant experience in HR or Recruiting
    Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based at the ABS in Dalian
    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
    l Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications as well as HRIS
    l Good communication and interpersonal skills

    確保完成所有以上列舉流程的相關(guān)工作實施。
    確保人才管理小組可以及時有效的進行系統(tǒng)人事數(shù)據(jù)的維護更新
    系統(tǒng)/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
    通過對ATAS / Siebels / Jobboards etc系統(tǒng)的操作及流程的運行,發(fā)揮出人力資源的效率,從而保證埃森哲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性。
    客戶服務(wù)
    l 以服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)議(SLA)為基礎(chǔ),確保人才管理小組為客戶提供有效和及時的服務(wù);
    l 確保有待解決的問題/請求可以的到即使的協(xié)調(diào);根據(jù)客戶的要求找尋并提出解決方案,的管理流程的更新
