Reservation Officer 預訂專員職位描述:
Short Stay Team
I) Short Stay Reservation & Sales
1- Follow up and manage reservation inquiries from various sources: direct clients, 3rd party booking & listing websites inquiry, agent inquiry etc.;
2- Arrange showings for guests;
3- Develop cooperation with agencies;
4- Help with corporate leasing development.
II) Third Party Booking & Listing Websites
1- Help reservation manager with content & price & availability update on hotel extranet on listing websites;
2- Help reservation manager with payment applications: rental payment, website fee, commission etc.;
3- Assist with promotions and product packages;
4- Help with booking reports, and record keeping of sales and reservation.
III) Hotel Management System Maintenance
V) Customer Care Related Work
1- Short Stay team customer service and routine apartment related tasks;
2- Clubhouse membership applications.
VI) Others
1- Help with events representing short stay team;
2- Help arrange VIP accommodation.
Requirements:
-- Education: bachelor degree should be enough, preferred if major in Hotel Mgmt. or English or Marketing
-- English Level: CET 6, TEM 4, must be good at speaking and understanding guests from different culture backgrounds
-- Communication: Professional, neat, and polite, detail oriented, thus hospitality work experience would be a plus
-- Work experience: at least 1 year related work experience in sales, hospitality or marketing, fresh graduates can be considered, too.
