      Executive Trainee Program-Commercial Excellence:
    The Executive Trainee Program is a yearlong program designed for young graduates who have attained university degrees and are beginning their career at Shanghai Asia Pacific Brewery Co., Ltd. It is a preparatory integration stage, giving successful applicants a tailor-made, all-rounded experience and exposure to different aspects of corporate functions (sales, marketing, finance...) before being assigned to a specific position.
    To qualify, individuals must possess:
    A University degree from a recognized institute.
    Fresh graduates with prior full time or part time experience in marketing, sales, research, or accounting.
    Hardworking and willing to work outdoor under flexible schedules.
    Integrity is essential, ability to work under pressure and with positive mindset.
    Willing to learn and having the drive to deliver the best result.
    Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
    Skills in handling popular computer software such as MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
    Key roles and accountabilities include:
    As Commercial Excellence Executive to work closely with Sales and Marketing, Finance and general management.
    Visit customers to gather information for verification and analysis.
    Monitor and provide periodic report to track performance of retailers, dealers and wholesalers in the market.
    Obtain reasons and explanations for the problems and find the solution with department leaders, execute and optimize the procedures towards commercial excellence.

    Upon successful completion of Executive Trainee’s assignment, candidates are likely to take up key roles in sales, marketing or finance.
