澳大利亞移民局（DIAC）已經(jīng)表明從今年7月1日起，商業(yè)移民臨居簽證將會加入技術(shù)選拔系統(tǒng)中（Skills Select Model）.
為了配合聯(lián)邦政府這一政策，維省政府對于商業(yè)移民臨居簽證的州政府擔保部分做了以下準備：
• 州政府將不接受2012年5月28日之后商業(yè)移民臨居簽證的擔保申請，其中包括以下簽證的擔保申請：企業(yè)主移民163類別，企業(yè)高級管理人員164類別及投資商165類別；同時
•此幾類簽證州擔保的有效期最長只到2012年6月30日，所有簽證申請必須在此有效期之前遞交，逾期無效。

PROVISIONAL BUSINESS VISAS
STATE SPONSORSHIP PROCESSING
The Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has indicated that effective from 1 July 2012, they will incorporate provisional business skills visas into their Skills Select model.
In order to prepare for this change the Victorian Government will:
· be unable to accept sponsorship applications received after Monday 28 May 2012 for visa sub-classes: Business Owner (Provisional) #163, Senior Executive (Provisional) #164 and Investor (Provisional) #165; and
· issue a maximum validity date of 30 June 2012 for sponsorships relating to the above visa sub-classes.
