根據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院《關(guān)于修改<全國(guó)年節(jié)及紀(jì)念日放假辦法>的決定》,為便于各地區(qū)、各部門(mén)及早合理安排節(jié)假日旅游、交通運(yùn)輸、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)等有關(guān)工作,經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn),現(xiàn)將2013年元旦、春節(jié)、清明節(jié)、勞動(dòng)節(jié)、端午節(jié)、中秋節(jié)和國(guó)慶節(jié)放假調(diào)休日期的具體安排通知如下。
一、元旦:1月1日至3日放假調(diào)休,共3天。1月5日(星期六)、1月6日(星期日)上班。
二、春節(jié):2月9日至15日放假調(diào)休,共7天。2月16日(星期六)、2月17日(星期日)上班。
三、清明節(jié):4月4日至6日放假調(diào)休,共3天。4月7日(星期日)上班。
四、勞動(dòng)節(jié):4月29日至5月1日放假調(diào)休,共3天。4月27日(星期六)、4月28日(星期日)上班。
五、端午節(jié):6月10日至12日放假調(diào)休,共3天。6月8日(星期六)、6月9日(星期日)上班。
六、中秋節(jié):9月19日至21日放假調(diào)休,共3天。9月22日(星期日)上班。
七、國(guó)慶節(jié):10月1日至7日放假調(diào)休,共7天。9月29日(星期日)、10月12日(星期六)上班。
節(jié)假日期間,各地區(qū)、各部門(mén)要妥善安排好值班和安全、保衛(wèi)等工作,遇有重大突發(fā)事件發(fā)生,要按規(guī)定及時(shí)報(bào)告并妥善處置,確保人民群眾祥和平安度過(guò)節(jié)日假期。

Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, State Council ministries and commissions, agencies directly:
According to the decision of the State Council "on modifying the Year and National Day holidays approach>", in order to facilitate regional departments early reasonable arrangements for holidays, tourism, transportation, production management and other related work, approved by the State Council, now the 2013 New Year's Day specific arrangements for notification of the Chinese New Year, Ching Ming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday off date as follows.
A New Year's Day: January 1 to 3 vacation days off, a total of three days. January 5, 2011 (Saturday) and work on January 6, 2011 (Sunday).
Second, the Chinese New Year: February 9 to 15 vacation days off, a total of seven days. February 16, 2011 (Saturday) and work on February 17, 2011 (Sunday).
Third, the Ching Ming Festival: April 4 to 6 vacation days off, a total of three days. April 7, 2011 (Sunday) to work.
Labor Day: April 29-May 1 vacation days off, a total of three days. April 27, 2011 (Saturday), work on April 28, 2011 (Sunday).
Dragon Boat Festival: June 10 to 12 vacation days off, a total of three days. June 8, 2011 (Saturday), June 9, 2011 (Sunday) to work.
Mid-Autumn Festival: September 19 to 21 vacation days off, a total of three days. September 22, 2011 (Sunday) to work.
, National Day: October 1 to 7 vacation days off, a total of seven days. September 29, 2011 (Sunday), work on October 12, 2011 (Saturday).
During the holidays, the various regions and departments should make proper arrangements for duty and safety, security, and other work, in case of major emergencies occur, in accordance with the provisions of timely reporting and proper disposal, to ensure that the masses of the people peace and harmony through the holidays.
