1.Responsibilities
Provide user helpdesk support and resolve IT issues
Install and configure PC/Mac, servers, and other IT equipment
Maintain Active Directory and email accounts
Perform regular patch updates of servers and systems
Maintain daily backup of company information
2.Qualifications
University degree in IT related discipline
Knowledge of Window servers, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VMware, CISCO networking, TCP/IP, PC/Mac, mobile devices
Basic English Level
