HR Specialist職位描述:
Main Responsibilities:
1.New joiner on board, over probation and employee separation procedure.
2. Labor contracts and personnel file management
3.Intern management (Internship agreement, attendance management).
4.Employee benefits procurement, payment, distribution and reimbursement.
5.Help employees’ application of Beijing residence work permit as well as other related procedures
6. Help with employees’ year review and 360° assessment
7.Working with FESCO to handle employee’s Social Insurance and Housing Fund, and answer employees’ inquiries
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, English or related field is preferred
2.Good in English and Mandarin (Verbal and Written).
3. 1- 2 years working experience in HR area.
4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
5.Good skill in communication & coordination and teamwork spirit;
6.Working carefully, strong affinity. High degree of personal and professional integrity.
