Job Duties: 1. Handle and follow up the visit organization for foreign principals and sales staff; 2. Organize the trade show arrangement and marketingissue; 3. Assist Depart Manager & Sales Team for general Administration work, eg. Ticket Booking, Translation, Visa Application, Hotel Booking; 4. Cross function & region communications to ensure the business running smoothly; Background Expectation: 1. General commercial knowledge about contracts, international business and logistics flow; 2. Willing to process paperwork, to help people, stable working environment is preferred; 3. Detail oriented, be patient and good working order; 4. Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related subjects; 5. Good at read & writing in English, command of English for daily communication; Can communicate in German is plus; 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office application, especially in Excel and PPT. |
