1. 服務(wù)內(nèi)容/Position: 前臺(tái)(12屆)
2. 服務(wù)地點(diǎn):1號(hào)線黃陂南路
服務(wù)描述/ Brief description of service:
3. Handling all incoming calls professionally, should taking messages upon necessity and urgency;
4. Responsible for receiving all the visitors and arrange appropriately, make sure all visitors are registered in the log book (except BA); Representing company image as the first contact for visitors;
5. Responsible for training room arrangement and coordination;
6. Update the training room schedule every month;
7. Ordering stationary, drinking water, tea, coffee and etc. keep record and maintain adequate inventory for training room daily use;
8. Assist office admin team to ensure the office environment in Training Center (Cleaning, security, green, equipment maintenance, etc.);
9. Back up receptionist in The Center office
服務(wù)擔(dān)當(dāng)技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1. Professional manner and nice voice on phone;
2. College degree;
3. Fluent spoken English and native mandarin;
4. Self-motivated, hardworking and fast learner;
5. Be skilled in MS Office software;
6. Team player.
