Reports to: Business Support Officer & Sales Director
Business Support
1.Assist in regional sales data collection and analysis, including sales weekly plan, marketing information, SI/ST report, sales individual efficiency report, TPPs and store opening status, etc.
2.Assist RSM in sales team daily business, including products allocation, sales achieve rate, sales order payment and shipment tracking, inventory inquiry, etc.
3.Assist the Business Support Officer in calculating national and special rebate; result feedback and reply customer inquiry.
4.Provide support in distributor contract renew, rebate transfer, distributor account control.
5.Provide timely information updating of sales team and distributors (e.g. sales contact list, GAD list, distributor AOP).
6.Coordinate with the relevant function departments (e.g. HR, CS, Finance, and Logistics) to solve the problems occurred in the business operation process.
7.Respond to the request from headquarters regarding information collection and transmission and processing
Admin Support
1.Ensure all sales logistics go smoothly (e.g. air ticket booking, sales travel arrangement, etc).
2.Provide support in all kinds of meetings arrangement, including sales weekly review meeting, national sales conference, new product launch, distributor annual conference, etc.
3.Office admin support if required.
Other
Other tasks assigned by SD, RSM, Business Support Officer or company
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, business admin, economics, trade or related major will be plus.
2.Secretarial / assistant related experience in multinational companies.
3.Business-minded, self-motivated, responsible, willing to work under pressure, a proactive problem solver and team player.
4.Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
5.Excellent capability in MS Office, especially in excel for data analysis.
6.Must be careful, detailed, perceptive and good with numbers.
