Global Service Support職位描述:
Customer Support:
Support local install program by preparing needed data
Support host users with related questions and request
Answer, triage, and dispatch calls to other departments as needed
Order Administration:
Send out E-learning confirmation Letter
Order creation in eLearning management system
PrecisionLMS account build and maintain
User registration and license assignment
Liason with GS operation for IP revenue tracking
Maintenance:
Reglar MNT renewal input
Support MNT team with data checking
Assistance on eLearning Adoption Specialist:
Support adoption program by back up and resources prepared
System Analysis:
Report system exceptions
Assist in testing of problem resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related major
1+ years support, customer service or related working experience.
Good communication.
Excellent communication skills in English(Oral and written)
Korean ability is preferred.
