The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting Marketing activities by providing materials, support, and logistics coordination, etc. on deadline, and maintaining the marketing department’s inventory. He/She will also lend support to the team with events planning and execution.
Responsibilities
？ Serve as the main point of coordination between Marketing and Production Teams, Off-set printers, Digital printers, Photocopiers, graphics sign makers, Graphic designers, etc. to ensure that all brand related designs are completed on time and up to product design standards. Provide electronic files to graphic designers when necessary.
？ Assist the Marketing Manager and Brand Managers with events planning and execution, including the production of in-house ads and branded gifts (ie: the Brand Manager designs them, the Marketing Assistant/Executive sees them through production).
？ Maintain equipment, materials and collateral for events.
？ Order food for events in a timely manner, based on the size of the event.
？ Coordinate event attendance and volunteers
？ Assistant Brand Managers in the implementation of social media campaigns.
？ Conduct a quarterly inventory report of event marketing and merchandise materials, and suggest improvements for future event gifts and other marketing merchandise.
？ Provides assistance to Brand Managers on a project-by-project basis. This might include social media, events planning and execution, and contacting vendors, sponsors and subscribers for marketing-related purposes.
