Job Output:
This position will be mainly responsible for metal ceiling purchase and some administration support to AS team. The position should control the purchase cost by price negotiation and cost audit. Also this position should be proficient in BPCS purchase order processing.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation): • Collect the forecast and project shipping plan • Get quotation from supplier and negotiate to a best purchase price • Understand and master supplier capacity/capability at different period. • Allocate the orders based on supplier capacity/ capability • Issue order to supplier through IT system, manually as well if required • Coordinate delivery and facilitate transportation jointly with CSC • Request sample and follow the sample dispatch • Track market price of raw material (steel roll, aluminium roll, coating powder etc) • Setup unified cost calculator for each supplier • Develop Master Demand Plan for Suppliers • Provide supplier shipment plan for CSC and Sales team • Administration support to AS team.
Education & Work Experience: Secondary school/ College/ university degree 1-2 years manufacture/planning/purchase/sales experience Well know the cost structure of metal ceiling products Familiar with ERP system and customized service model
Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Good communication skill and accountable on work Nice to Have CAD drawing reading Data processing / excel experience is a plus English writing skill is a plus.
