     Job Description
    Perform hardware technical support in customer accounts
    Support daily operation and maintenance of customer’s systems in p-series,including SAN and attached storage
    Assists in hardware services activities, including installation planning, account management, systems problem determination, relocation, diagnosis, etc.
    Perform problem determination, discontinuance and relocation for IBM Open systems and attached storage
    Prepare documentation for review report and activity planning
    Implement IT projects
    Responsible for developing positive relationships with customer to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
    Required Skills
    Bachelor or above in Engineering / Computing Science or related disciplines
    Analytical and problem solving skills
    Knowledge of IBM Power systems and storage is a plus
    Knowledge of UNIX/Linux is a plus
    Fluent in both written and oral English.
    Good communications skills
    Self-initiative and result oriented
    Sense of responsibility and good team work skill
