    HR Intern 人力資源實習(xí)生職位描述:
     Job Title: HR Intern
    Location:港匯, 徐家匯
    Report to: HR Supervisor
    Responsibilities:
    - Support HR team operation on daily basis;
    - Organize and standardize employee’s personnel documents, make related summary and reporting.
    - Support for HR various projects, such as: campus recruiting, training session, HR e-project, etc.
    - Coordinate and communicate between HR with candidates, HR vendors externally and with business department internally.
    - Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
    Requirements:
    - Attendance Required: Averagely 3 days per week. 5~6 months internship period.
    - University/College graduate, major in HR related subject or with strong interest in HR career.
    - Excellent interpersonal communication; Fluent in oral and written English.
    - Willing to learn and meet the challenge, be able to work independently.
    - Skilled in MS Office software and good computer general application.
