Data Quality Coordinator – Sales Force Effectiveness(第三...(總部,銷售運(yùn)營(yíng)部門)
職位描述: Major Responsibilities
1. Take the ownership of customer sales data collection/validation process.
2. Work closely with BU teams and functional teams to fulfill and improve current customer sales data collection/validation process.
3. Work closely with commercial teams/distributors to ensure sales data collection process is followed and data quality meets pre-defined target.
4. Conduct monitoring and audit activities for customer sales data. Report out findings and take corrective actions with BU/functional teams according to pre-defined process.
5. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on customer sales data.
6. Responsible for process documentation, standard operation procedure development, and training material development, for covered work scope. Provide training and assistance to users as needed.
7. Work closely with IT team and vendor team to ensure sales data collection process runs well in CRM system, and to implement changes/enhancements following proper change management process.
8. Responsible to collect customer information / market data to facilitate market place analysis and business decision-making.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in medical, IT, engineering, or management majors
2. Fluent English - at least for written
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Teamwork spirit
5. Clear thinker
6. Detail-oriented
7. Drive for results
8. Self-motivated
9. Quick learner
10. Knowledge/work experience in mass data processing/analysis area will be a plus
11. Work experience in sales operation function will be a plus
12. Work experience in salesforce.com platform will be a plus
13. No specific requirements on working years. Fresh graduates are eligible to apply
