馬凱是一家全球性的投資銀行，主要業(yè)務(wù)涉及跨國(guó)兼并收購(gòu)、企業(yè)融資、私募融資和交易策略咨詢。馬凱的足跡遍布全球多個(gè)國(guó)家和金融中心，并且已經(jīng)成為促成中歐、中印、中美間跨國(guó)交易完成的主要投資銀行之一。
馬凱暑期實(shí)習(xí)生項(xiàng)目是特意為優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)三年級(jí)、研究生二年級(jí)的青年學(xué)生設(shè)置的。馬凱上海辦公室自2002年開(kāi)始從復(fù)旦、交大、清華、北大中挑選優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生與來(lái)自哈佛、牛津、普林斯頓、斯坦福以及香港大學(xué)的學(xué)生以團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的方式，共同完成此項(xiàng)目。實(shí)習(xí)生可以與馬凱的國(guó)際化團(tuán)隊(duì)共事，體驗(yàn)投行實(shí)戰(zhàn)。
目前馬凱已啟動(dòng)2012年暑期實(shí)習(xí)生的招聘工作，所有的簡(jiǎn)歷投遞時(shí)間到2012年6月15日截止。

E. J. McKay is an investment banking firm operating in the fields of cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private placement, corporate finance and merchant banking. Active in many countries and financial centers globally, we are a leading financial advisor in the China - Europe, China - India, and China - US capital flow corridors.
E. J. McKay has run a highly selective internship program since 2002, drawing college juniors and second year graduate students from leading education institutions around the world. Recent summer internship programs have seen students from Fudan, Jiaotong, Peking, and Tsinghua universities in China as well as students from Harvard, Oxford, Princeton, Stanford, and the University of Hong Kong. Summer interns will work directly with our international team on various financial transactions, and gain an action based perspective of life as an investment banker.
We are starting our process now, which will conclude by 15th of June, 2012.
As a closely held merchant banking firms, we are not subject to undue outside influences, which allow us to build our business based on intellectual insight, innovation and independent thinking.
