JOB：HRMS Intern
Job Description: * As part of a global HRIS service support team, provide functional application support and maintenance for the following HRIS systems: HRMS PeopleSoft, HR Core Applications, including but not limited to Hodes IQ, Success Factors, and any future HRIS related systems. Support includes functional application issues, system maintenance and system integrations. * Support HRMS PS deployment in AP region.
Job Responsibilities: - In order to ensure the veracity of the information in HRMS PeopleSoft, he/she will need to check all the modification inputted by HRMS Specialists on time. - Documents filing - Database maintenance - Other works assigned by the supervisor/manager
Qualification Requirements: - University student in school, junior student preferred, can work at least 4 days/week; - Must be able to multitask and establish task priorities - Ability to work independently and in team environment. - Good PC software skills, especially Excel, PPT; - Good English and Mandarin in written and spoken.
