IT intern/信息技術(shù)部實習(xí)生職位描述：
Job Duties:
1. Hardware and software procurement.
2. Workstation installation, upgrading and imaging.
3. Network troubleshooting and maintenance.
4. Users and remote office support.
5. Work with Asia Pacific and Global IT for projects.
6. Printer installation and maintenance.
7. Work with IT security team to keep virus-free .
8. SAP support.
9. Perform other duties.
Requirements:
1. Student who will be graduate in 2013 and major in computer science and technology is preferred.
2. Having hardware knowledge and experience, include HP server, HP/Dell workstation, Cisco Switch/Router, etc is preferred.
3. Having software knowledge and experience include, Windows XP/7 32bit/64bit, Office 2007, SAP business ONE, SQL2000, etc is preferred.
4. Maintain strict confidentiality concerning aspects of employees and company information.
5. Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner.
6. Strong self motivation.
7. Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills.
8. Eager and quick to learn.
9. Good English skills.
10. ITIL and related IT standards knowledge.
11. MCSE and CCNA knowledge is preferred.
12. At least 3 days on board a week and able to last for at least 6 months.
