Logistics Intern職位描述：
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Logistics Internship
Department: Logistics Department
Site: Cummins Engine (shanghai) Trading & Service Co., ltd.
Add: WGQ FTZ, Pu Dong New District, Shanghai.
Group: Cummins Distribution Business
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
• Reports to Logistics Manager.
• Frequent contacts with Sales, Purchasing, finance & Warehouse.
• Frequent contacts with 3PL,customs and other local authorities
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with product engineer and timely maintain product declaration database (incl. HS code)
• Conduct the application/ renewal of licenses related with import & export control.
• Facilitate and develop internal management process with stakeholders to setup robust system on import and export management
• Track governmental regulations related with import & export. Understand the local regulatory change on import and export management and introduce good practice/new model into company to maximize the benefit form the government policy.
• Act as internal leader of governmental audit related with import & export.
• Act as back up for import/export staff.
• Other temporary work assigned by superior.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree or above; specialize in international trading, global transportation, economics, Automotive etc.
• Have at least 3 years working experiences related with import/export operation；Candidates with Automotive engine related background is desirable.
• Have Customs Declaration Certificate/ CIQ Declaration Certificate.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Good at communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP.
• Self motivated and results oriented
