Task 1. Your friend has just won the jackpot in the lottery and asks you what you think he should do with his winnings. How would you respond?
Sample
If my friend won the lottery, I would first tell him not to spend it all in one place. What I mean is that I would advise him to seriously think about how he wants to spend this money. He should obviously hire an accountant, because I hear it is very difficult to manage large amounts of money. He then should make a plan about how much money he wants to spend right now, how much money he needs to pay off debts and loans, and how much money he wants to save for the future. Personally I would advise him to seriously think about creating a trust fund and spend his money responsibly. In this way he can lead a comfortable life and be satisfied knowing that his family will be provided for in the future.

I once read in the newspaper an interview of the woman who helps Michelle Obama pick out her clothes. I remember she said that you can have style, even if you aren’t wearing the latest trend in clothing. The reason Michelle Obama always looks fabulous is that she wears clothes that reflect her own sense of style; clothes that she is comfortable wearing, because they reflect her own personality. The more comfortable you are with how you look, the more confident and fashionable you end up looking. I agree with this stylist. I once spent a lot of money on jeans that were the latest style, but they didn’t fit my personality. I walked around all day feeling very self-conscious. However, when I wear clothes that fit my own style, I get lots of compliments.

Task 4.
閱讀：廣告想要抓住潛在客戶就得做必要功課，研究潛在顧客，比如這部分潛在客戶喜歡啥，愛好啥，關(guān)心啥，根據(jù)喜歡，愛好關(guān)心啥等，進(jìn)行推銷。
聽力：舉例一個牛奶公司想推銷它的牛奶，調(diào)查告訴他們一般在超市買牛奶的都是女人，她們關(guān)心牛奶能不能給他們孩子必要的營養(yǎng)，所以公司就花錢雇了個醫(yī)生在廣告上說這牛奶啥營養(yǎng)都有，瞬間征服了這些女人。
解析：次題也比較簡單，
回答這道題時，同學(xué)們不要忘了要用例子證明這個概念。而且在說例子的時候，要突出，針對女人關(guān)心的東西作調(diào)研，并根據(jù)情況作廣告。
這道題的名字是：general/specific.
Task 5.
困難：男人家住的遠(yuǎn)小假期回不去，而且還有一篇history paper要寫，但是學(xué)校宿舍假期鎖門，他悲劇了。
解決方案1：女的說你看你哪個朋友家住的近，可以去他家。男的說是可以但是去了的話要跟他的家人其樂融融就沒法寫論文了
解決方案2：男的說有個教授假期全家要出遠(yuǎn)門，屋里沒人，讓他過去住順便看門，男的很爽。
解析：回答此題時，同學(xué)們要注意，我們需要對困難及解決方案進(jìn)行概括，在概括困難解決方案的時候，無需提到對話中對解決方案的評價。對解決方案的評價可以放在自己選擇某個解決方案的理由。
Task 6.
教授講座主題：講天文臺應(yīng)該選址哪里比較靠譜。
參照1.不能有光學(xué)污染。比如城里，晚上燈火通明的，還觀察毛。
參照2.空氣要干燥，要是空氣水分太多，搞得鏡頭濕濕的，啥也看不清，所以一般沙漠比較好，因為那要多干燥有多干燥!
解析：這道題也很簡單，因為生詞很少，思路清晰。傳統(tǒng)比較常見的1帶2，同學(xué)們要記住，概括的要準(zhǔn)確精煉。
