管理培訓(xùn)生Management Trainee職位描述:
2012 Management Trainee Program
Program Summary
The Program is targeting at high caliber undergraduate or graduate students. The total duration of the program is 24-month with different function rotation experience and at least one specific project implementation experience. When the program is finished, the trainee will be appointed a specific position based on his or her performance and the company needs.
Major Responsibilities
The Program is made up of 3 different developing phases. Regular performance evaluations from mentors, customers and trainees themselves are provided during the whole program. All the Management Trainees are expected to pass each phase successfully with their own efforts and the coach from their mentors.
Profile Qualification
Education Background
High caliber undergraduate or graduate students in HVAC, Mechanics, Electrics, Automation or related majors
Language Ability
Fluent in both written and oral English
Key Competency
Strong interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking, good problem solving and leadership skills, team spirit, willing to work under pressure
