M: Good morning, everyone. I’m Zhang Wei from Happy Community. I’m happy to be here to talk about young volunteers. Here are some suggestions for you. You need to think about your interests first. What kind of things you get excited about. Do you love to teach kids, work outdoors, or help people in need? Your interests may help you do volunteer activities better. Then consider your skills. Are you good at something like sports or computers? Most volunteer groups are looking for people with skills and abilities. Try to be active in thinking. With all the choices, you may find a volunteer chance that has never happened to you. Your effort can lead to something surprising. Do research. You’ll be surprised at the numbers volunteer groups are there. And you can start by asking family and friends about the ones they know. Or do some research on the internet. Then, follow up by calling or writing to the groups directly. Oh, here are two more suggestions for you. Don’t be angry if you don’t get the job you want right away. Your first volunteer job may be less than perfect, but it can still be a good learning experience. Don’t try to do more work than you can. If you can’t manage the work you volunteer to do. It can be difficult for your group, and make you feel uncomfortable. If you want to get more information about young volunteers, Thank you for listening, good luck.
