HR Intern職位描述:
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare training materials, logistics, room set up;
2. Send training invitations to appointed staff under delegation.
3. Follow and update training records and tracking;
4. help training manager to create eLearning system and warecourse management;
5. Assist in any other project assignments (HR Newletter)
6. Support to related paper work within department and other work appointed by HR leader.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree majoring in language association (English or Chinese) .
2. Fluent in English oral and written. Good presentation and communication skills
3. Good skills of office software (Word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
4. At least 3-4 working days per week, preferably 5 days per week.
