Role Profile: 技術(shù)服務(wù)專員
Responsibilities:
1.為經(jīng)銷商、顧客指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品的安裝，維修，技術(shù)解答
For dealers or customers to provide the installation 、 maintenance and technical solutions of the bath hardware product
2.為工程項(xiàng)目提供技術(shù)支持、回訪、跟蹤服務(wù)
Supply technical support、 technical visited and tracking service to the key projects
3.受理經(jīng)銷商售后和顧客的投訴，并認(rèn)真處理和分析顧客的問(wèn)題
Handle the complaints form dealers after-sales and customer. and serious processing and analysis each complaint.
4.在SAP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)建立索賠檔案，并作跟蹤支持
Established in claim files in the SAP system, and follow up
5.索賠配件的發(fā)貨，并登記發(fā)貨記錄
shipping the spare parts of claims and registration delivery record,
Qualifications:
1.本科學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor’s degree,better major in mechanical or related
2.電腦操作熟練,英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)較好，優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力
Well skilled in PC, and good at English (listening, oral, reading and writing). Strong ability of communication and coordination
3.熟練使用MS Office軟件Skillful in Microsoft
4.動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)，吃苦耐勞，具有強(qiáng)烈的工作責(zé)任心，
Has good hands-on ability, activity to works, Hard-working and team cooperation
