     HR Assistant (Intern)
    Responsibilities:
    For all HR staff in PCN and visitors from PAG :
    Facilitate meetings and prepare minutes
    Business trip arrangements
    Stationery
    Postage
    Translation
    Reimbursement
    For Head of HR :
    Daily appointment coordination and work schedule update
    Receive, direct and relay telephone calls
    Documentation
    Other secretarial tasks
    For foreign intern :
    F visa application assistance to foreign intern or visitors On site check-in and check-out in company apartments
    Staff activities:
    Support company events like PWRS Staff Day, Family Day, Christmas Party, etc.
    Organize HR department teambuilding, birthday celebration, new hire welcome, etc.
    Requirements:
    -Bachelor/Master degree study in HR, Law, Business Administration, or the equivalent
    -Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn
    -Outgoing personality and customer oriented work attitude
    -Skillful in data collection and strong analytical ability
    -Excellent communication both in Mandarin and English
    -Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, SAP experience is a plus
    -At least obtained Internship experience once in well known international organizations
    -Experience in HR is a plus
    -Possess cultural and political awareness and sensitivity, be able to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and behave proactively on duties
    -Be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics and be consistent and fair in standards of conduct
