     職位需求:
    1.聲音甜美,形象氣質(zhì)佳(請附近照);
    2.應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或者有酒店工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
    3.普通話標準,英語口語流利;
    4.思維敏捷,較強的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和執(zhí)行能力,有團隊合作精神;
    5.熟練運用Office辦公軟件及辦公室自動化設(shè)備。
    Key accountabilities:
    • Answers incoming calls and transfer calls properly;
    • Take and delivery message;
    • Welcomes customers and visitors and directing them appropriately
    • Send and receive normal letters, couriers etc.;
    • In charge of stationary application;
    • Maintains cleanliness of lobby and meeting rooms;
    • Admin duties as assigned;
    Required technical experience:
    • Microsoft Office skills- Excel, Word, Outlook;
    Qualifications:
    • College/university graduate;
    • Excellent communication on phone and in person; pleasant phone voice and tone;
    • Good at English and Mandarin
    Personal qualities:
    • Good characters, pleasant, patient and diligent
    • Good verbal English skills;
    • Hotel reception working experience is preferred
