Roles & Responsibilities
Support IDEAL 3.0 Migration
Stage 1 - IDEAL 3.0 Migration
Send e-mail notification to customers
Call customer and inform customers of e-banking upgrade
Stage 2 - Customer Implementation
Handle customer calls on simple e-banking enquiries
Provide remote support for customer e-banking issue
Provide customer basic e-banking training via phone call
Stage 3 - Post Implementation
E-banking utilization tracking
Call customer and make survey
Consolidate customer feedback
Compose simple analyze report
Requirements:
Positive attitude and hardworking
Clear enunciation and decent communication skill
At least 4 working days per week
Master Degree/University Degree education level, majored in computer science related
CET-4 or above
