模具部門實習生 Tool Center Intern （太倉）職位描述：
Function Description:
Organize, produce and source for tools and operating equipments for sample and mass production for Schaeffler China production plants, R & D Centre and testing facilities. Design and manufacturing of tools for new products high precision stamping, deep drawing and machining technology. Installed technology includes CNC Machining Centre, 5 axis CNC Milling, hard machining, complex profile Grinding, Co-ordinate Grinding, EDM and advanced measurement equipments.
Target Position Job Responsibilities:
Tool Design Engineer:
Take part in and support for 3D/2D tool drawings and data management for Schaeffler tools and measurement gauges design, and support to finish other tasks assigned by department.
Quality Engineer:
Take part in and support components inspection, quality related data statistics and improvement of precise measure technology, and support to finish other tasks assigned by department.
Supplier Quality Engineer
Take part in the technical support tool realization process for internal tool shop and external tool suppliers, and support to finish other tasks assigned by department.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor or above, major in tooling design and manufacturing or mechanical engineering
- Experience of Pro-E is a pus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
