Application Software Engineer (Intern)
Cisco CABU Introduction:
Cisco Cable Access BU(CABU) develops Cable Access product, such as CMTS, EoC,
and HFC products. We are seeking for an intern to develop and maintain some to
ol for the network and assets management. The ideal candidates should have J2E
E/Database/Linux/Android programming background, be familiar with Networking /
Network protocols, and Linux / Solaris.
Responsibilities:
- Software engineer for lab tool development
- Programming in Linux/J2EE/MySQL software environment
- Admin/setup the lab equipment and network (Switches, Routers, solaris/
linux, Traffic generator etc.)
Requirements:
Must have skill/experiences
- JAVA: Strong of Java programming experience and debugging skills of both des
ktop App and J2EE.
- Database: Experience of Database development, such as MySQL, Oracle, Postgre
SQL.
- Fluent English speaking and writing
Good to have skill/experiences
- Familiar with Linux configuration and J2EE deploy tools, like tomcat.
- Networking knowledge such as SNMP, TCP/IP or socket programming experience.
- Experience of Linux driver/deamon/app programming.
- Familiar with Cisco product.
- Experience of Linux driver development.
- Experience of team work and Documentation.
Educational Background
- 1st year MSEE/CE/CS graduate student with related project or work experience
Hiring Headcounts: 1
Work Location: 900 Yishan Lu, Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai
Work Time: 6 months above, 3 days above per week, or 3 months above full tim
