Customer Service Specialist (Intern, 6 months)
Location: Shanghai （上海徐家匯港匯中心）
Main Tasks:
1. Support to provide high-quality customer service and efficient order processing.
2. Support to close ineraction and communication with internal stakeholders, e.g. Sales, Technical Sales, SC Planning, Order fulfillment specialist, Logistics or Finance.
3. Act as partner for sales for frontline services.
Prerequisites:
1. Post-secondary level diploma or higher corresponding knowledge, major in international trading, English are preferred.
2. Languages-fluent in Mandarin & English.
3. Be abailable 2-4 days per week.
