Responsibilities:
1. Scan and search resumes according to hiring request;
2. Take initiative role in fresh / intern recruitment;
3. Coordinate interview, on-board physical examination, reference check processing;
4. Maintain talent pool and tracker regularly;
5. Assistant Recruiting managers to maintain database of recruiting related;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, technical related major is preferred;
2. Fresh students who will graduate in 2012;
3. Good command of English;
4. Able to work for at least 3 days per week, full-time is preferred;
5. Team player, desire in HR area and passion for excellence
