This programme was designed to develop the future leaders of our business. If youre passionate about getting the best out of the people and resources around you, then this is one opportunity you dont want to ignore.
Every Leadership Programme is made up of two distinct parts. Part one typically lasts 18 months and consists of a series of six-month attachments, at least one of which will be overseas. Once youve proven yourself as a potential future leader, youll enter part two of the programme, during which youll be given more responsibility and autonomy, and undertake up to two 18-24 month mission-critical posts.
Your individual performance and progress will determine how quickly you reach your leadership role.
Graduate Leadership Programme – Human Resources
HR plays a critical role in supporting the business agenda of organisational change and transformation. Getting it right means we can build our capability in a way thats aligned with our objectives and the challenges we face.
Whether you take on a business partner role in a particular area or work within our centres of excellence, youll develop in-depth knowledge and skills through on-the-job learning, training modules and project work, with mentoring from a senior manager.
Expect to work across Europe, North America and Asia as you study towards accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or regional equivalent.
Minimum of a second-upper class Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Strong pre-university academic record
Must be globally mobile
Previous demonstrated leadership experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous relevant work experience desirable (e.g. internships in HR)
Areas of interest and some level of achievement in sports team, professional membership, model building, languages, charity/voluntary work desirable
Experience of having lived, worked or studied in another country would be advantageous
Ability to speak a language other than English would be advantageous
